Many came to the aid of Rockwell School

To the editor:

We would like to extend our sincerest thanks and gratitude to Police Chief Josh Canario and the Bristol Police Department, Fire Chief Robert Martin and the Bristol Fire Department and the Division of Emergency Medical Services for their quick response to the evacuation of Rockwell School on Thursday, June 18.

We would like to thank the EMTs for their compassionate and caring ways, given to the children requiring medical assistance.

We would also like to thank all of the volunteers who quickly responded to aid our staff. A serious situation was prevented from escalating any further due to all of these wonderful people who came to our rescue.
